Terms of Use

By creating an account or signing in to FindHaveFun you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be 18 or older to use FindHaveFun.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

FindHaveFun has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour. You agree not to post, send or share:

Content that harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates any person.

Hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Sexually explicit or pornographic material.

Graphic violence, or content that encourages self-harm or harm to others.

Content that impersonates another person, or that misrepresents who you are.

Spam, scams, or unsolicited commercial messages.

Content you do not have the right to share, including other people's photographs and copyrighted material.

Reporting and blocking

Every profile, chat message and feed post can be reported from inside the app using the flag control. You can block any user from their profile, from a conversation, or by pressing and holding one of their posts. Blocking stops them contacting you and removes their content from your feed immediately.

We review every report within 24 hours. Where content breaks these terms we remove it, and we remove the account that posted it. Serious breaches result in permanent removal without warning.

Your account

You are responsible for the content you post and for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, at our discretion and without notice.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing back in during that period cancels the deletion.

Content from third parties

Event listings, including images and descriptions, are supplied by ticketing partners and remain the property of their owners. FindHaveFun is not the seller of any ticket and is not responsible for third-party events.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make material changes you will be asked to agree again the next time you open the app.
