Email support@findhavefun.com and a person will answer. Write from the address on your account where you can — it is how we recognise you if you cannot sign in.
Reports of abuse or objectionable content are answered within 24 hours. Everything else normally within two working days.
Report a person, message or post
Every profile, chat message and feed post has a flag control inside the app. You can block anyone from their profile, from a conversation, or by pressing and holding one of their posts — blocking stops them contacting you and removes their content from your feed immediately.
We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks our terms of use (https://findhavefun.com/terms), and remove the accounts that post it. If you would rather report something by email, send it to support@findhavefun.com with the username and, if you can, a screenshot.
Delete your account
In the app: open the menu, go to Settings, and choose Delete My Account.
If you cannot reach that screen — you have lost access to the account, or removed the app — email support@findhavefun.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and tell us your username. We will confirm by email once it is done.
What happens when you delete
- Your account is deactivated immediately and stops appearing anywhere in the app.
- Your data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing back in during those 30 days cancels the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos, description and account details
- Your chat messages, images and voice recordings
- Your notes and their tags
- Calendar events you created, and your participation in other people's events
- Your activities, interests and search visibility
What we keep
Only the minimum required for legal, security or administrative reasons — for example records relating to a report of abuse. Nothing we keep is used to contact you or to show you to other members.
To delete some of your data without closing your account, use https://findhavefun.com/data-deletion instead.
