About this event
Two boys, Black and White, own the rooftops of Treasure Town. A corporation arrives to tear the city down and replace it with an amusement park, and the two penniless orphans fight to save it. Michael Arias directs, the first American handed a Studio 4C picture, and turns Taiyo Matsumoto's manga into a surreal concrete cityscape.
