One of these calls crosses the line, deceiving a mother into believing her absent son is coming home for dinner; she prepares cannelloni that go uneaten, and some time later, she takes her own life. For her study, she chooses Máximo Rey (Adrián Suar)?a charismatic and egocentric plastic surgeon?as her subject. Rocío goes undercover using a false identity ("Miranda"), posing as a patient. However, the experiment becomes complicated when Máximo falls in love with her and the situation spirals out of control.
